Only4MyPets exists because we couldn’t find a single dog car product worth recommending without caveats.
How it started
We didn’t start with a dog. We started with a question.
Dog owners plan entire vacations around their pets — scouting dog-friendly hotels, trails, restaurants. But the car ride, the very first part of every trip, gets the least attention. The gear available ranged from thin nylon hammocks that sag after one wash to ramps so steep they’re more obstacle than solution.
So before we sold anything, we spent months testing every major product category against one standard: would we recommend this to a dog owner we actually liked? Most products failed immediately. The ones that didn’t became Only4MyPets.
What “only” means
The name is intentional. We sell car gear for dogs — and that is all we sell. No cat beds, no bird cages, no impulse-buy pet accessories. That constraint makes us better at the one thing we do.
Every product we carry exists because a specific problem needed solving: hip dysplasia making jumps painful, wet coats destroying interiors, unrestrained dogs turning emergencies into disasters. Our catalog is not a collection — it’s a solution set.
What we believe
- Dog safety is a real issue, not a marketing angle. An unrestrained 60 lb dog in a collision hits the seat in front with over a ton of force. That’s physics. Every harness and seat belt we sell addresses that — never to a collar, always to a harness.
- Specificity beats versatility. Products designed for dogs up to 120 lbs, for SUV dimensions, for real muddy hikes — not for the average of everything.
- Premium is earned, not declared. We don’t say “premium quality.” We describe exactly what the product does, and let you decide if that’s worth it.
- 30 days, no questions. If it doesn’t work for your dog and your car, you get your money back. We’ve never changed our mind on this.
Ships from the US
All orders ship from US warehouses and arrive in 5–10 business days. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your order moves. We don’t ship internationally yet — when we do, we’ll add local warehouses first.
What’s next
We’re a focused operation with a deliberate catalog. Every product we add goes through the same process: does it solve a real problem that dog owners on real trips actually have? If the answer isn’t an obvious yes, it doesn’t ship.
