At Only4MyPets, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item is in its original, unused condition
- Item is in the original packaging
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@only4mypets.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at contact@only4mypets.com.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
