Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (may add 2–4 additional days). We do not currently ship internationally.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses: please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use that number at the carrier website or contact us if you need help.

Tracking updates may not appear for the first 24–48 hours after shipment — this is normal while the package enters the carrier network.

What If My Order Is Late?

If your order has not arrived after 15 business days from your ship date, contact us at only4mypets@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either locate the shipment or send a replacement at no cost.

Common Questions

Why does delivery take 3–8 days?

Our products are fulfilled through a fulfillment partner based in the US before reaching your door. This is how we keep prices fair — we are honest about this trade-off. Most orders arrive within 5–6 days.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate changes. After 24 hours, your order may already be in fulfillment. Email only4mypets@gmail.com immediately.

My tracking says delivered but I did not receive the package.

Check with neighbors and any secure areas around your home first. If the package is genuinely missing, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will file a claim and arrange a replacement.

Can I expedite my order?

Not at this time. If you need a product urgently, contact us before ordering so we can give you an accurate arrival estimate.
