- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Damage caused by misuse (e.g., exceeding weight limits)
How to start a return
Email us at contact@only4mypets.com with your order number and a brief description. We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
For defective products, you do not need to return the item — we’ll ship a replacement immediately.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
